Click below to purchase and register for your Comprehensive Intake ($500). Once confirmed, your tailored diagnostic orders and secure medical intake forms are generated immediately.
Step 2: Complete Your Blood Work
Complete your diagnostic blood panel and submit your health intake forms through our secure patient portal. At the time your lab draw is coordinated, your 60-minute clinical review appointment will be scheduled for approximately one week out to allow ample time for full laboratory processing.
Step 3: 60-Minute Clinical Review & Treatment Launch
Meet one-on-one for your comprehensive evaluation. We will review your complete diagnostic data, discuss your optimal program pathway, finalize your personalized plan, and initiate your treatment protocol that day.
