  • Bespoke Program Architecture: A collaborative discussion to map out exactly how our multi-pillar framework will address your specific energy, body composition, and skincare goals—giving you absolute clarity on your expected outcomes and next steps.

  • Select Your Tier: At the end of the intake, we will select which package of the Midlife Longevity and Radiance Collective best meets your goals. We have 3 and 6 month packages available.

How It Works (Our Seamless Onboarding Process):

  • Step 1: Secure Your Intake & Order Labs Click below to purchase your intake package. You will pay a initial $250 non-refundable deposit. This deposit completely covers the administration and generation of your comprehensive medical lab orders, ensuring zero out-of-pocket financial loss for your diagnostics.

  • Step 2: Complete Your Blood Work & Paperwork Upon checkout, you will receive an automated email with your advanced lab order slip and a link to your secure medical intake forms. You will visit a local lab draw station to complete your blood work.

  • Step 3: Schedule Your 60-Minute Evaluation To ensure our clinical time is fully optimized, you will officially schedule your appointment time once your lab results are finalized. As soon as your lab data drops into our secure system, we will email you a private booking calendar to select your 60-minute consultation slot. The remaining $250 balance will be automatically processed at the time of scheduling.
