Onsite blood draws at our DaniKate clinical space in Franklin, MA are preferred for the smoothest experience and immediate sample handling. If you are unable to come onsite, please contact us directly—we can coordinate an external order for you to complete your draw at a local partner laboratory.

No. The Comprehensive Intake is a standalone diagnostic and clinical evaluation fee ($597). It provides you with full ownership of your complete diagnostic report and initial consultation. During your review, we will collaboratively select the dedicated program tier (3- or 6-month) that best fits your health goals, and program tier pricing begins upon enrollment.

Depending on your selected program tier, clinical prescribing, ongoing medical management, and your direct medication supply of up to three custom-compounded HRT medications and/or GLP-1 tirzepatide (including injection supplies) are fully included in the cost of your program. If standard FDA-approved bioidentical therapies are recommended, we may route those through your regular retail pharmacy to utilize commercial insurance.

Compounded prescriptions are fulfilled through accredited specialty compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to your door in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging.

Yes! We partner with Cherry Payment Plans to offer flexible monthly financing options for both the Comprehensive Intake and ongoing program tiers. The application process is fast, done right from your phone, and checking your eligibility will not impact your credit score. We also accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Due to strict federal laws and regulations governing Medicare, our practice is legally unable to provide clinical care or enter into private-pay contracts with individuals who are currently enrolled in, or eligible for, any part of Medicare (including Medicare Advantage, Part A, Part B, or Part D). DaniKate operates on a direct-care model to ensure unhurried 60-minute visits, comprehensive biomarker panels, and customized treatments free from insurance restrictions. While program fees are paid directly, you can use your commercial insurance for standard retail pharmacy prescriptions and diagnostic imaging, and you may submit an itemized superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
